Check your device before setup
Prepare your Android TV, Samsung or LG device for an IPTV trial. Confirm player availability and compatibility before installing anything.

Send your device model, Android version and the name of any player already installed. Use an official app store or the player developer’s official download when a compatible player has been confirmed. Do not install an APK intended for another platform.
Samsung Smart TV
Send the full TV model and model year. App availability can vary by TV generation and store region. Ask which compatible player is available on your TV before purchasing a separate player license. An Android APK or LG IPK is not a Samsung TV installer.
LG webOS TV
Send the full TV model and webOS version if available in Settings. Confirm the appropriate player in the TV’s app store. Downloading an IPK in the TV browser is not a normal consumer installation method. Ask our team for a supported setup for your model.
If playback does not work
Check that other internet apps work, restart the player and note any error message. If possible, compare a stable Wi-Fi connection with Ethernet. Send the device model and symptoms to support; do not buy another plan to troubleshoot an unresolved setup issue.
Player activation and service access
A player license and a content service are separate products. Ask whether your chosen player requires its own activation and whether that cost is included in the quoted order. A player activation alone does not supply content.
